Continuing the Q-Link Poker Challenge
By early-October I had been wearing my Q-Link pendant for three months and felt it has had a positive effect on my pain levels. My pain is far from gone, bit my ability to stretch the time between dosages of my Percocet and Methadone. Since I was doing so much better I decided to see if it could also help my daughter, Triana. Besides numerous physical injuries, she was in the second week of a month long series of radiation and chemo-therapy for cancer. Knowing
the pain and nausea associated with the disease, I knew she would be hurting so I gave up my Q-Link to see if it would help her.
Though Triana did not have a baseline for the pain of radiation and chemo-therapy, she feels that the Q-Link did reduce the level of pain she was expecting. She was able to continue working (except for the four days she was hospitalized for intense therapy). A week after undergoing the intensive chemo-therapy session we received the word from her doctor that she is cancer free. In no way does she (or I) feel that the Q-Link was responsible for her remission,
we do feel the deice has made her body handle the debilitating effects of the treatment far better than it would have without using it.
In the three weeks since I gave up the device, I have noticed an increase in my pain level and the time between required doses has grown shorter. Even though I have been trying to play a little live poker (three times in two weeks), something I had not done much of lately, I was forced to leave winning sessions with only two to four hours at the table due to an extremely sore neck and back and a muddying of my mental waters. Since it appears to have
been successful, I guess I get mine back and she gets an early Christmas present.

My re-evaluation after wearing the Q-Link for over three months and not wearing it for nearly a month is that though I do not understand how the coil affects the body at the cellular level or why, it does appear to be working for me. As I said before, wearing my Q-Link has definitely improved my quality of life. At this stage of my life, I am thankful for anything that helps me make it through the day. I highly recommend the Q-Link for everyone, not
only as an adjunct (never as a replacement for current treatment)
for those that have physical problems or for others that simply want to increase their clarity of thought, concentration and mental and physical well being. Though I wear the simple acrylic pendant design, they have other passive SRT designs, as well as active SRT devices. You can go to their website to view the Q-Link Products, as well as the exceptional passive SRT jewelry designs of the Equilibrio Product Line.
